I have always been fascinated by people, personality and talent. Shaped by my career as a professional athlete and national coach, I early on focused on one key question: how individuals can fully realise their potential and contribute to long-term success.

I have consistently carried this focus into my professional career. To date, I have founded and co-founded six companies across different industries, most recently with a clear focus on consulting, executive search, people topics and software-based solutions.
